This photo was taken at Dash Point State Park in Federal Way, Washington - only a few miles from my home.
It was one of the lowest tides I've seen on this beach. The texture of the wave beaten beach is a nice contrast to the soft sky. Sunset was only a few hours away, adding to the great light in this shot.
