A Day at the Races...

I spent yesterday afternoon photographing the horses, and surroundings, at the Emerald Downs Thoroughbred race track in Auburn, Washington.  I decided to use a few of my new photography techniques when creating these shots.  My favorite is the last photo...the little boy petting the horse.  Hope you enjoy the views!

Another treasure chest of images! The first photo really caught my eye. The bugler is another figural masterpiece. I LOVE the stable shot for its depth and arched ceilings and the boy's joy in petting the horse is perfectly captured as well as the horse's gently and appreciative nature. Bravo!

Once again, you've blown me away! This is such a clever idea...I never would've thought of getting the radio clip to play with the pictures. Being a photographer myself, this makes sense and really helps the audience (looking at the photos) feel like we are there too! Great job David!

Thank you ladies! Laurie - I always like to get a song, or in this case a radio clip, to go along with the photos. Thank you for noticing...you're one of my biggest fans, and I always appreciate your comments!
